This letter was written to applaud the efforts of the Virtual Technology staff for the services they have provided Kohler Co. Often times, good deeds go unnoticed. We get caught up in the day to day rat race and fail to appreciate the good things that happen. I would like to thank their sales and technical team with their sincere effort of providing me with the Oracle hardware I needed. Kohler is a very big company. P.O’s sometimes travel great distances and undergo countless interrogations, even for no brainers. My sales rep was very patient and committed to selling me what I wanted. Without their dedication, our upgrade would have been slowed considerably. Trust me, this is an understatement.
