I wanted to take the time to send you and your company a large thank you. Up until 2003, our organization relied on Sun Maintenance to manage our support contracts. It was at that time your company introduced us to your alternative maintenance programs. We have been able to cut our cost by as much as 50%. We have found that the Sun Hardware is very reliable, and in most cases, the equipment takes only a few moments to repair with the assistance of your technical department. The justification for the high cost OEM agreements is not warranted. Your support and response time has been excellent. We have been able to move forward knowing that we have a strong support agreement without jeopardizing our level of support and doing it at half the price.

I would highly recommend your company and your alternative maintenance offerings. Companies that are carrying OEM support contracts need to know about your programs and outstanding level of service.
