Late last year a Virtual Technology System Engineer assisted us with the restoration of nine servers after a power outage. The System Engineer helped us analyze the fault condition of each server and created a course of action to restore each server to working condition. The System Engineer also stayed on the conference bridge to support our organization until all the servers were in service. The System Engineer assisted our group with the complete restoration even though he was only obligated to provide us with hardware support. Other members of the Virtual Technology technical team was on alert in case it was determined that replacement parts were required during the outage
